		<description>Please, Please, Please, do not confuse baijiu with white wine (bai putao jiu).  One of my colleagues at dinner almost got baijiu and I know she would have puked.  Actually, baijiu is not based on rice.  It is made from sorghum.  And I have no clue what that is, except that is a type of grain.</description>
